Our CNS furniture for laboratory and clean room areas are designed with biological protection levels in compliance with clean room classes. They are custom-made according to client requirements, individual needs and according to structural conditions. Our clients can choose from a great range of design options.
 

We offer work tables, worktop and sink options, laboratory sinks and dip tanks, top cupboards, wall cupboards, equipment cupboards, tall cupboards, mobile cupboards, fluid-preserved specimen cupboards, shelves, personnel and material air locks, stainless steel partitions etc. in all possible combinations.

Worktop and Wash Basin Options

​

The custom-made worktops and covers are available in various designs such as stainless steel, stainless steel covered with VET glass or, as an alternative, made of Corian.

• ​Worktops with stainless steel covers can be made of the material 1.4301 (V2A) for normal requirements or the material 1.4571 (V4A) for special requirements in laboratories with a thickness of 1.5mm or 2.0mm with hygienic grain of 320 surface roughness, all sides can optionally be 30 / 37/40 / 50mm bevelled. All covers are fully lined with Phonotherm and provided with a protective coating, and can, on request, be covered from below with stainless steel.
  They can also be covered with a minimum of 6mm safety glass, stove-enamelled on the reverse.
  Surfaces are treated for anti-reflective coating / with combined as well as beaded edges made of compact laminate. Chemical-resistant joints with silicone putty.

• Made of hard-wearing Corian glued to the substructure or without a substructure, any size is possible, including excess depths and overlaps in various thicknesses, with the desired edge design (e.g. radius or bevel), individual and functional solutions can be designed due to its waterproof and antibacterial properties.

 

• Hand wash basins as well as the combinations of hand wash basins and sinks are made of V2A and V4A and are provided in various sizes and designs with accessories for every need.
   

All custom-made weld-in basins made of CNS 1.4301 (V2A) or the material 1.4571 (V4A) are welded into the worktop with valve embossing and recess and without overflow embossing.

Substructures / Cabinets

​

The made-to-measure substructures made of stainless steel (material 1.4301 (V2A) or 1.4571 (V4A)) can be made in four different hygiene classes. They have double-walled side walls and doors, which guarantee absolute noise insulation. There are numerous combination options for cabinets and drawer units.
 

Substructures in the Following Hygiene Classes:
 

• HS design means that the bottom, side walls and rear wall are connected to one another without any special requirements and corners are sealed with silicone.

• H1 design means that the bottom, side walls and rear wall are fully welded together.

• H2 design means that the bottom, side walls and rear wall are fully welded together and the transitions are designed with a radius of 20 mm and the lower corners are designed as rounded corners.

• H3 design means that the base, cover, side walls and rear wall are fully welded together, the transitions are designed with a radius of 20 mm and all corners are designed as rounded corners.
